Virtual Tees is a Canadian imprinted apparel production company located in Bracebridge, Muskoka. It specializies in custom apparel printing and print-on-demand services. We help businesses, brands, and creative consumers produce high-quality imprinted apparel.

For us, custom means some design that our customer has, whether it's a company logo, a special event design, or anything else that the customer brings to us to have applied to a garment. Details for custom apparel is in our custom division. Graphic Apparel means any one of the hundreds of designs that we offer ready to go. These are shown in the POD (Print-On-Demand) section.
"POD" stands for "Print-On-Demand". In our POD Virtual T-Shirt shop you can select a design from over 1,400 designs and your choice of over 30 t-shirt colours + crewnecks and hoodies, and have it printed right on the spot ... in other words "on Demand". Our virtual t-shirt shop is the only "Kiosk" print shop in Canada as far as we know.

Pricing for all our products depends on quantity, garment type, print method, and artwork. All prices are available on our website or you can contact us with your requirements and we will provide a detailed quote.

Yes. If you have ordered before, we keep your artwork on file. Simply contact us with your previous order details and we can quickly produce a reorder.

For custom orders standard production time is typically 2–5 business days after artwork approval. Larger or complex orders may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation once your order enters production. For POD kiosk orders your orders are filled immediately while you wait. Orders on our POD Home edition will be ready in 1-3 days.

We accept all the major image file formats and vector graphics. With DTF printing hi-res (300dpi) .pngs is the preferred file type. If you are unsure, send what you have and we will review it for you.

We use the new DTF (Direct-To-Film) printing method. DTF printing has quickly become a leading garment decoration method because it delivers vibrant, full-color prints with excellent detail, durability, and consistency across a wide range of fabrics. It combines the softness and flexibility customers expect with strong wash resistance and efficient production, making it one of the most versatile and reliable solutions in modern apparel printing.

We have a no minimum policy for all of our orders.

Yes. We offer basic artwork cleanup and preparation. If you need full design services, contact us and we can connect you with our design team.

No. We ship nationally in Canada only. We use all of the major couriers, including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and Canpar.Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout or provided in your quote.

Yes. Our prices improve with volume. You can get an instant quote on our website or contact us with your quantity and we will provide you with a quote.

If there is a manufacturing defect or print error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review and replace defective items when applicable.
